Dont miss a minute of the action of the tailgate or even outdoor time with family. This RV is set up for nothing short of convienence.Cosa è inclusoCamping chairs, towels, wash cloths, pillows, fresh linens, pots, pans, extension cord, paper plates, napkins, disposable utensils, grilling accessories, cups, wine opener, playing cards, movie selection (let us know what genre you like, we may have your new favorite movie), first aid kit, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, camper safe TP.Please let us know if you have questions about a specific item. The power awning is a non-insurable item. If the awning is broken upon return, the cost to repair will be taken out of renter deposit. If the damages are in excess of the deposit, the renter will be responsible for the remainder. No pets.All renters must empty the grey and black water tanks if you use before returning or a $125 fee will be charged.The camper will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to use. We provide a broom, dust pan and cleaner. All guests must clean surfaces and broom sweep the floor before returning or will be charged a cleaning fee based on time to clean. We will deep clean and sanitize for the next guest.

Great camper that was clean and everything worked properly. Our family of 5 enjoyed our 8day trip to Colorado! Owners were great to work with.

The overall experience was excellent. My kids were super excited to go camping.The RV made it so much easier to go with my child that has health problems. We all had a fantastic time and defiantly will be booking this RV again.
