Slightly modified 2014 rig- one dinette bench taken out for more floor space-
Added features such as electric fireplace and bidet.
Comes equipped with all silverware and dishware, cooking appliances and pots/pans, all bedware, as well as games, beach tents, and portable fire pit (propane). new high-end hybrid mattress. family size hammock included to accommodate any true campers that want to lounge outside. All items to hook up (potable water hose, sewer pipe, electric cord) are all included. Water pump for fresh tank is currently malfunctioning, but does not affect experience if you are hooked up to regular water. Awning was damaged and has been taken off.
This RV was lived in full-time for several years, so everything has been well maintained and is very functional.

I'm usually available in the evenings and most mornings to help the renter get set up. I will do a thorough walk through and show renter all ins and outs of traveling with an rv.
