What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Hi there, thanks for the question. We are very flexible with pick-up and drop off timing. Just let us know what works best for your schedule, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs! We ask that if you would like an early morning pick-up, that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Drop off times are equally flexible, just let us know what works best for you!

What size trailer ball is needed if I provide my own receiver?

Our trailer coupler takes a 2-inch ball. We can also provide you with a receiver if necessary!

What is your cleaning policy?

We clean and sanitize every surface of the trailer between renters, and launder the bed linens and towels. What we ask of our renters: - Dirty towels can be left in the bathtub - Sheets and linens can be left on the bed - Please clean, dry and put away all dishes - Please empty and dispose of all trash - While we clean the fridge and countertops, it helps if anything dirty or sticky is cleaned before return

What is the renter's responsibility for the propane tank?

We will provide each renter with enough propane to last up to full week of typical use (cooking and heating hot water). If your trip will be longer, you will be responsible for filling the propane tank or exchanging for a full tank if necessary. This may occur for trips lasting longer than 2 weeks, or if the furnace is needed for several nights during your vacation.
