Well maintained 40' Toy Hauler 5th Wheel with Anderson Hitch conversion setup.I prefer to tow and set up but will allow individuals whom can tow with confidence and knowledge. You will need only the goose-neck ball installed on your truck or I can deliver and setup. Best suited for a campground with 50 amp service, sewer and water hook ups.Available to haul toys in, however will need my approval for weight, and proof of registration and insurance to tow in my trailer.Adequate space for 8 to sleep in. No inside cooking allowed without approval (meal prep only). 3 TV's, use your amazon fire anywhere you have internet service. All sewer, water and electrical connections etc included. 2 AC units, reclining couches in case its too hot outside. Has tow camera easily used in any vehicle towing it.Will walk through the entire process of towing, setup, etc. will even provide a step by step manual to take with you, anyone can tow and park this.Pet friendly dependent on breed/size of dog. No cats, no animals on furniture. Non-refundable pet deposit cleaning fee and refundable pet damage deposit.If campground you are staying at does not provide a dump station, there will be a fee of $75 for me to dump and clean.
