James was consistently polite, quick to respond, and provided thorough explanations of RV utilities. He ensured on-time delivery and pickup, checking in with guests.
Clean, but comfort issues
The RV was clean and spacious. However, cushioning on beds and dinette was worn and uncomfortable. Several window coverings were broken, making the interior dark.

5.0Our very first camping trip as a small family couldn’t have been better all thanks to the opportunity and privilege to rent such RV. The Host James was very polite and communicative. The RV was clean and spacious enough to accommodate our family. Thank you!

3.0Our host was great! Jim called us to make sure things were ok and we appreciated this. The trailer was clean and had the supplies that were stated. We were very uncomfortable with the lack of cushion/ padding on the bed, dinette area, and the bunks. It was very worn down and very uncomfortable to try and sleep on. The dinette was hard to eat at due to the lack of cushion so you sat very low at the table. We were only able to open one window covering because all the others were broken. So it was rather dark during the day. We would not rent this trailer again due to the above issues. Thank you.
