“Ruby” 2020 Jayco Melbourne Prestige

We rented the same RV last year for our summer camping trip with no issues. This year we ran into a myriad of issues: - RV was not cleaned from previous renter when we picked up (host made comment about thinking we were coming the following week instead) - RV propane was on empty and we had to fill it ourselves (host did offer to fill it for us if we brought it back or we could fill it and they would reimburse us; still waiting for that reimbursement) - Black/gray tanks were partially full; we dumped ourselves so we had empty tanks to work with for our trip - Within 1 hour of beginning our drive into the mountains a "Check Diesel Exhaust Fluid" alert came on in the RV. We ended up filling this fluid ourselves after we arrived near our destination cause we didn't want any issues driving home. - Awning was somewhat broken and sagged heavily when opened so we elected not to use it - No water came out of bath sink faucet when turned on, even with water pump on - House batteries died each night (even though we hardly used any lights etc) and only way generator would start was by turning the main engine on the RV on and letting it run for awhile.

Excellent RV. Good communication. Answered any and all questions. Would love to rent again!!!
