Towing & Driving • Driver must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license. • Towing vehicle must have a 7-pin connector and 4,000 lbs towing capacity. • An electric brake controller is required for towing. • Max speed is 65 MPH to prevent sway. • No off-roading — paved and well-maintained gravel roads only. Setup & Use • Level the trailer before extending stabilizers. • Do not leave the awning extended in windy conditions. • Secure all doors, windows, and vents before towing. • Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided). Tank Dumping • Renter is responsible for dumping gray and black tanks before return. • Instructions provided — improper dumping may result in a fee. No-Go Zones • No Festival Use, including Burning Man (no exceptions) • No smoking inside. • No towing outside the U.S. Power & Water • Monitor battery levels when off-grid — fridge and heater rely on it. • Fill fresh water tank with potable water only. Cleanliness • Return trailer clean — dishes washed, trash removed, floors swept. • Extra cleaning fees may apply if returned excessively dirty.
