Permission to tow is determined by us and must be granted before the rental. Towing puts strain on the vehicle and increases its likelihood of damage. Let us know what you would like to tow, how far you will be traveling, and your amount of towing experience before approval. The towing fee is $100 PER DAY. Because this is our home on wheels we ask that you treat this van with respect.Before departure, we will walk you through the van showing you all of its features, and do a complete walkaround of the van pre- and post-rental, noting mileage, damages, if any, fuel level, etc. (Plan for 30-60 minutes).Please read all the rules and agree to them before the rental.Rules:No PETS- No Joke. Our family has severe allergies. (A hefty fine will be enforced)

NO VAPING
NO INCENSE OR CANDLES- The smells are difficult to remove.
NO COOKING FISH- You can rent a portable outdoor propane camp stove from us if you do not have one. Just ask.
NO OFF-ROADING- This vehicle is not designed for traveling off-road. You will get stuck, and it will NOT be a fun experience. Seriously, don't do it.

5Craig was VERY accommodating and kind from agreement through to drop-off. Our trip was from Salt Lake City to Bryce Canyon to Moab for 6 nights in April so some nights/mornings were chilly and evenings warm, but the van was able to keep us comfortable through all temps/climates. Having the bunk beds for the kids was amazingly helpful along with the 2nd row of seats as we have rented other campervans in the past that didn't have these amenities which made it not as easy for sleeping or driving with car seats. The van was easy to drive, clean, and made our trip all the more memorable. Highly recommend this campervan for your trip to Utah.

5Craig was extremely easy to work with. He replied quickly with any questions. The van was great for our family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the large windows to see all the animals and amazing vistas.

5We loved our experience with the Marshmallow! Kids didn’t want to return the van and wanted to keep sleeping in the bunk beds. Craig was very prompt in communications and did an excellent job going through all of the details of the van so we knew how to properly take care of the van. Would definitely rent again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I work from home and have the flexibility to set my own schedule. Let me know in advance when you would like to pick up and drop off the van and we can arrange a time that works for the both of us.

What is Included in the Kitchen?

We have an induction cooktop with basic cooking items such as a pot, pan, cooking utensils, etc. No other appliances are included, but you can bring your own to use with a 115v outlet.

What Bedding is Included?
A.
The Full Size Bed has a fitted and flat sheet, throw blanket and two pillows. The bunk beds have a flat sheet, throw blankets and pillows. You are welcome to bring your own blankets and or sleeping bag. The diesel heater keeps things plenty warm, so no need for heavy bedding.
