Because this is our home on wheels we ask that you treat this van with respect.Before departure, we will walk you through the van showing you all of its features, and do a complete walkaround of the van pre-rental, noting mileage, damages, if any, fuel level, etc. (Plan for 45-60 minutes).The return will be about 20 minutes.Please read all the rules and agree to them before the rental.Rules:No PETS- No Joke. Our family has severe allergies. (A hefty fine will be enforced)
No FESTIVALS/CONCERTS (Burning Man, etc.)
NO SMOKING
NO VAPING
NO INCENSE OR CANDLES- The smells are difficult to remove.
NO COOKING FISH- You can rent a portable outdoor propane camp stove from us if you do not have one. Just ask.
NO OFF-ROADING- This vehicle is not designed for traveling off-road. You will get stuck, and it will NOT be a fun experience. Seriously, don't do it.

Bring back the van with a FULL tank of DIESEL gas. For every gallon not filled, we will charge $9 a gallon.

The bunk bed made it extra fun for the kids :) Craig is a great host - communication with him was easy, and the whole experience was enjoyable from the minute we booked the trip to the moment we brought the van back. Highly recommend!

4.0Sweet van setup for kids. Van performed great with no issues. My only critique is as with other short term rental services I strongly believe if the renter is required to pay a cleaning fee, there should not be any cleaning required prior to returning the vehicle. The owner/host return procedures should be available for review on the listing before making a reservation.

5.0We had a fantastic trip in the Marshmallow! It was perfect for our round trip from Salt Lake to the Tetons and Yellowstone. As a family of 6, I needed to find something that would fit us all. Craig answered all my pretrip questions and was very thorough during the pick up. I felt very comfortable driving the van and was able to park it throughout the parks and at our 7 different campsites (including ones I needed to back into). It was great having water in the van, being able to keep things cool in the refrigerator and to cook simple meals. We used the fan a few nights when it was warm and the heater was perfect in the two evenings it snowed in Yellowstone in June! My girls ages 15, 13, 11, and 2 all enjoyed the van and slept comfortably. Craig provided all the pillows, blankets, sheets and towels we needed for the trip which was an added bonus since we flew into Salt Lake. He was super understanding when our flight was delayed and was right on time when we dropped it off. We would definitely rent this van again if we came back to the arena. There was nice storage in the back for suitcases and backpacks and Craig provided bins under the seats to help the girls stay organized and two small trash cans. It was also nice having outlets and usb outlets to charge camera batteries and cell phones either overnight or while driving. This van was perfect for our 9 day adventure.

5.0Craig's van is awesome! Craig himself is a real professional, easy to work with and brings a lot of clarity to a process I wasn't so sure about. The only issue is after you rent this thing you're going to want to buy one of your own.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I work from home and have the flexibility to set my own schedule. Let me know in advance when you would like to pick up and drop off the van and we can arrange a time that works for the both of us.

What Bedding is Included?
A.
The Full Size Bed has a fitted and flat sheet, throw blanket and two pillows. The bunk beds have a flat sheet, throw blankets and pillows. You are welcome to bring your own blankets and or sleeping bag. The diesel heater keeps things plenty warm, so no need for heavy bedding.

What is Included in the Kitchen?
A.
We have an induction cooktop with basic cooking items such as a pot, pan, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, bowels, etc. No other appliances are included, but you can bring your own to use with a 115v outlet.
