We had a wonderful trip and the van was great and had all the amenities. Charles was easy to work with and gave a good review of the van.
It is a heavy duty van, that is 4 wheel drive and built for the back country. The solar system worked great so was easy to dry dock and have plenty of power. This being said, it is a heavy van so be prepared for gas mileage that is reflective of having lots of weight to drive around.
Also, it has lots of bells and whistles that can be a challenge to figure out, so ask lots of questions during the orientation (like how to turn on lights, how to use all the displays etc, there is no manual for the built out portion of the van).

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Some renters have chosen to fly either directly to Santa Fe or Albuquerque. Pickup and drop off at the Santa Fe airport is relatively easy. The Albuquerque airport requires more coordination, but can be done.
Time of day is not generally a problem, but it is better during daylight hours for the orientation.
