Kalyan and Clinton are AWESOME!!!! They went the extra mile literally, more than once. They were very responsive and easy to message back and forth with. They went and scouted a camping spot for us a week before our vacation talking to the campsite host and even checking when some spots would be open the day before our arrival. They then came again to the campsite the morning of our arrival to secure an amazing spot for us. They were very helpful in the set up and instructions for the camper. Would highly recommend this camper and hosts for any camper needs in the Durango Co. area.

Clinton was helpful dropping it off and getting set up. But it had a weird smell and there were tufts of dog hair on the floor. I know because my daughter dropped some food and when I picked it up it was covered with hair and grit. It was also full of their stuff, some random trim in the bathroom that was always falling over, old pots and pans everywhere, just random odds and ends in every cabinet and drawer. We took all the blankets and linens out and used our own as theirs had a musky smell. But guess we didn’t do a good enough job scrubbing it down after because we were charged $100 for cleaning upon return - even though I did sweep and get things returned to form as best I could. The trip was fine but I wouldn’t do it again.

We’re sorry you had issues with your trip! All the linens were completely laundered and the camper was thoroughly cleaned. We apologize for the dog hair the renter before did have a dog and we spent hours cleaning up dog hair I imagine maybe some got caught under the slide and moved around during travel.

Excellent host who was highly communicative and helpful. RV was all set up and perfect when I arrived. Spacious RV and very functional.
