This small, lightweight 2021 Coleman Lantern LT 17B, comes with features that meet all your camping needs including electric heater fireplace, backup camera, electric hitch lift, TV with DVD player & Roku. It’s 21.42 feet long, 8 feet wide, 9.75 feet high and 2986 pounds. There are three holding tanks, fresh water (27 gals), gray water (28 gals), & black water (28 gals). Outside: Single LP tank, battery, manual stabilizer jacks, 10 ft power awning, storage compartment, power outlet, electric hitch lift, and city & freshwater connections. Inside: It has a nice openness to the unit, queen bed up front with storage underneath and shelving above the bed. A quiet wall mounted 8000 BTU air conditioner is right above the queen bed. As you turn around, the dinette with two storages under the two dinette cushions, a large window and a cabinet up above are on the right. Dinette can be lowered and converted into sleeping area for up to 2 people. On the left, it is the kitchen, there's a decent amount of countertop space, single base sink, a big window, two burner cooktop with a couple storage drawers below, and storage cabinet above the window as well. Dishes/Pots/Pans/Silverware/Utensils/Hand Towels/Washrags/Mattress Protectors included! Moving on down, to the right, the little bunk beds, light on the above, window and storage on the bottom bunk. The fridge and microwave are on the left. Into the restroom, shower and toilet.Pickup in Durand, WI. Delivery is available within 60 miles. Delivery fees include drop-off, basic setup, and pickup. See addons for amenities. Delivery Excludes Fest Grounds. The camper must be returned with Black and Grey tanks emptied or added fee will apply. Basic cleaning up after yourself required. The battery can operate lights, radio, awning, and refrigerator only for a limited time. AC requires a generator or 30 amp power connection to operate.

Picking up camper requirements
A.
You must have a hitch rated to pull weight of camper with a 2 5/16" ball. Weight distribution hitch with sway bars recommended and able to be rented in addons. Standard 7-pin power connection required. Brake controller required to operated camper brakes.
