Additional odor-removal or cleaning charges may apply as permitted by Outdoorsy's policies. 2. **Pets:** Pets require prior approval. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply where permitted. 3. **Authorized Drivers:** Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy may operate the vehicle. No lending or subleasing the van. 4. **Driving:** No off-roading, racing, towing, or driving on unsuitable roads. Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Follow all traffic laws and height restrictions. 5. **Care of the Van:** Treat the van and all equipment with care. Report accidents, damage, warning lights, or mechanical issues promptly. 6. **Kitchen Safety:** Never leave cooking appliances unattended. Use appliances only as instructed. Never operate fuel-burning appliances in a way that creates a fire or carbon monoxide hazard. 7. **Cleanliness:** Remove trash, clean spills, and leave the van reasonably clean. Excessive cleaning, stains, or odors may result in additional charges under the rental agreement and Outdoorsy's policies. 8. **Waste and Toilet:** Dispose of waste properly. Empty wastewater and toilet systems as instructed. Applicable dumping fees may apply as disclosed. 9. **Fuel and Return:** Return the van on time and at the agreed fuel level. Late-return and refueling charges may apply according to the booking terms. 10. **Security:** Lock the van when unattended, secure your belongings, and park only in safe, legal locations. 11. **Accidents and Emergencies:** Contact emergency services when needed and notify the owner promptly. Follow Outdoorsy's reporting procedures. 12. **Respectful Use:** No illegal activities or unauthorized parties. Respect campground rules, quiet hours, and local laws.
