Responsive, organized, and helpful
Rene and Diego are highly responsive to questions, quickly address issues, and are accommodating with requests like early returns. Rene is organized and gives thorough explanations. Two bookings were reported as canceled.
Clean, comfortable, generally reliable
The RV is consistently reported as clean, comfortable, and performs well for most trips, contributing to good experiences. One renter, however, noted electrical issues during an off-grid trip.

5.0Rene very quickly addressed an issue that was identified the morning that we were scheduled to pick up the RV, allowing us to leave on time. He also accommodated our request to return the RV early and mailed me the handicap placard that we accidentally left in the RV when we dropped it off. The RV performed well and was very clean.

4.0Rene was a great dude - would highly recommend renting from him. Only reason I gave four stars is because of some electrical issues with the RV that added a bit of hassle to our off-grid trip.
