Provided attentive, hands-on support
James (or Jim/Jimmy) was consistently praised for his proactive communication, thorough setup, and detailed explanations of the RV. He provided exceptional support, including daily check-ins, answering questions, and even assisting a guest who locked themselves out, ensuring a stress-free experience.
Immaculate, comfortable, well-appointed
The 2021 Flagstaff Classic is consistently described as spotlessly clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Guests noted it was fully appointed with all necessary equipment, including two powerful AC units that kept it ice cold even in 90+ degree weather, making it comfortable.

5.0Jim was a pleasure to rent a RV from. From the start he was very responsive to any questions I had. He called me a couple days prior to when the rental was to start just to get on the same page with drop off time and location. He set the whole RV up and throughly explained everything to me and my husband. Jim even called to check on us the next morning just to make sure everything was working out with the RV. The RV is absolutely beautiful and you can tell Jim takes great care of it. I would definitely recommend anyone to rent from Jim. I will definitely rent from him again.

5.0Delivery and setup were seamless. Thank you to Jimmy for making the process so easy. We arrived from our long drive to find the camper setup with the A/C running. We had a great time experiencing camper life, without having to haul from out of state. Would definitely recommend!

5.0Highly recommend James, his camper, and services. James was very thorough with walking us through the setup and the various functions of the camper. The camper was very clean and well maintained. James checked in with me each day throughout the rental and made him self more then available to answer any questions we had. The unit has two AC's that kept the camper ice cold during a 90 degree plus weekend. Highly recommend!
