5.0Elias was very helpful and accommodating to a new RV driver. He walked me through everything and answered any questions I had. The pillows and towels were very comfortable. The RV drove smooth for someone that hasn't driven one before. The camp setup was very easy and straightforward. He helped me whenever I forgot how to do something. The inside of the RV was very luxurious and clean. The AC was able to win against Florida heat!

-Smoking and Pets are strictly prohibited. Evidence of either will result in substantial cleaning and remediation charges, which may include full use of the security deposit and additional charges if necessary.

-Bring Gray and Black tanks empty upon return to avoid dumping fee.
-We understand that normal use may include light dust, minor dirt, or everyday signs of travel. We kindly ask that the RV is returned reasonably tidy. If additional time or specialized cleaning is required due to heavy soiling, strong odors, stains, spills, trash left behind, or improperly disposed waste an excessive cleaning fee of $250 or more may apply.
-Your RV will be ready with a full tank of fuel for pickup. We kindly ask that it’s returned full. If you prefer not to refuel, we’re happy to take care of it for a $40 service fee PLUS the cost of fuel

-For safety and to protect the RV, towing is not permitted.
-RV's are complex machines, there are no refunds for minor system malfunctions. Refunds for major malfunctions will be at the discretion of the rental manager.
