Look no further; this is just what you’ve been browsing for to call your home away from home. Whether for a weekend getaway or a longer much needed break from your daily norm. So far our little family has enjoyed a few trips in this new trailer and we are ready to share it with you. It has room for 5 adventure lovers and is dog friendly (sorry, cat allergies). This trailer has modern touches and is clean and cozy for your enjoyment. Some features include a Smart/Roku flat screen TV, indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speakers, power awning, several convenient USB charging ports and much more! Table and Camp Chairs are available by request at no charge.Pets
• Small Dogs are welcome, but must disclose at time of booking
- Please note that we reserve the right to an additional $50 charge if there is an excessive amount of pet hair left behind. Which we understand is common in heavy shedding breads.
• Dog must be house trained
-We reserve the right to damage fees for instances such as chewed/scratched furniture. Fee will be based upon cost for repair and or replacement of item.
• Sorry, but no cats do to allergiesDue to current conditions, we will only provide kitchenware, utensils, cutlery, and dining sets upon requests. Please bring with you any blankets you will need, we currently do not provided bedding (other than sheets).
We’re still happy to provide those items, but would rather put that at the discretion/comfort level of each rental party. Rest assured, we take your health (and ours) very seriously and everything is carefully sanitized/cleaned per CDC guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.

• Tow vehicle must be rated to tow the weight of this travel trailer by the manufacturer. Please consult with your local dealership if you’re uncertain.
• Tow vehicle must have a 2” hitch ball. Ball should be approximately 23.5” off the ground.
• Tow vehicle must be equipped with a round 7-way plug, or adapter.
• Tow vehicle must have electric trailer brake controller

-We are very reasonable on drop off times, but please no later than 6:00pm or you will be subject to $15 late fee per additional hour. Anything after 10:00pm you will be charged an additional day
Please no smoking in the RV, sorry...no cats (major allergies), dump waste tanks before returning, take trash out, wash used dishes and just be courteous. Please return it in the condition that it was given to you.Additional charges may apply.**NOTE**
trailer only has one battery and it is not intended for extended use. if you do not have a site with hookups, you will need a generator. a generator can be provided for a fee of $15/night.
