This trailer has a lot of amenities packed into a small space. Great for a weekend family trip, or a cross country road trip. Take it to the gorge for a concert, or to the track to watch a race.
It has a dinette in front, that turns down into a queen bed and two bunks in the back for the kids, the dogs, the spouse, or use it for extra storage. There is a small bathroom with flushing toilet and a shower/tub. The air conditioner will keep you nice and cool at the gorge, and the heater is fantastic in winter. The kitchen has a two burner stove, a microwave, a sink and small refrigerator, as well as a decent amount of counter space to prep. Several windows allow for cross breeze and just the right amount of light. You'll love the ease of the power awning (not to be used in windy or overly rainy conditions) for some shade.

Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Ignoring this rule will forfeit your entire security deposit. If you smoke anywhere near the trailer, close all windows and doors tightly.
We are very pet friendly but ask that you disclose your intent to bring s pet PRIOR to booking the rental. An additional amount will be added to your fully refundable security deposit for each pet. If you do not disclose your intent to bring a pet until AFTER booking, or it becomes apparent that a pet was brought along without our knowledge, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
The awning is NOT to be used. If it appears that the awning was used, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. You may rent a 10x10 easy up canopy from us as an alternative.
Bring the trailer back in the condition it was when you left with it, and there will be no cleaning fee. If it appears that no cleaning was done, and waste tanks were not emptied, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
