If you're looking for a small, user friendly, mostly self contained trailer, this is the one for you! Great for a short weekend trip, or a month long vacation. This trailer is perfect in almost all weather, staying cool with AC in the summer, or heating efficiantly in the colder months. Inside you will find a dinette that turns down to a short queen and bunk beds for the kids! Lots of storage, a sound system, LED lighting, a (nearly) full bathroom with toilet, shower and tub! Easy to hook up at campgrounds or rv parks. Comes with back up battery and larger propane tank.

-towing capacity of 3500lbs or more
-2" ball
-7 pin wiring, wired from your battery
-hitch height close to 16" (depending on your vehicle)
-brake controller if your tow vehicle has a curb weight of 3500lbs or less (this is the law in WA and many other states) We have one available to rent if needed.**Please let us know if you intend on bringing a pet with you, prior to paying for your reservation. If you do not tell us ahead of time, we will have to charge you a per day fee (which will come out of your deposit), instead of an additional, fully refundable deposit.**Thank you, and we hope you have a wonderful vacation in our trailer!

Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Ignoring this rule will forfeit your entire security deposit. If you smoke anywhere near the trailer, close all windows and doors tightly.
We are very pet friendly but ask that you disclose your intent to bring s pet PRIOR to booking the rental. An additional amount will be added to your fully refundable security deposit for each pet. If you do not disclose your intent to bring a pet until AFTER booking, or it becomes apparent that a pet was brought along without our knowledge, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
The awning is NOT to be used. If it appears that the awning was used, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. You may rent a 10x10 easy up canopy from us as an alternative.
Bring the trailer back in the condition it was when you left with it, and there will be no cleaning fee. If it appears that no cleaning was done, and waste tanks were not emptied, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
