1. Repair Coordination & Abandonment Guests must promptly arrange and complete any repairs needed during the rental. If you fail to coordinate repairs or abandon the RV, you’re responsible for all recovery costs—towing, mileage, transport, airfare, lodging and labor. 2. Damage & Missing Items You’re responsible for any damage to the RV or its equipment—and for replacing any missing items—even if caused by a third party (vandalism, theft, etc.). You’re the primary point of claim; you may then pursue reimbursement from other parties or your insurer. 3. Administrative Fee A 10% administrative fee applies to all charges and collections tied to your rental (damages, fines, tolls, tickets, post-trip costs), including those covered by insurance. This fee is based on the initial repair estimate from hosts shop of choice and covers dealer coordination, quotes, travel, fuel, milage, labor and related admin work. It’s separate from—and payable before—any insurance payout. Collectable via security deposit and or supplemental charges. This is separate and in addition to any fees Outdoorsy may charge. 4. Refueling (propane or Diesel) shall be charged based on estimated fuel difference calculated at return. Each “bar” of fuel gauge is assumed to be 3 gal of fuel. Diesel or propane shall be charged based on the local market rate at time of return plus 100%.
