Renovated 2012 Layton Camper

Our trip was fantastic! Caitlyn was a fantastic host and responded to our communications in a very timely manner! We look forward to using outdoorsy again!

We goofed up our reservation fate and Caitlyn accommodated our delivery on a different day. Overall Caitlyn was responsive, but sometimes I had to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Our camping experience:overall was good, but there were definite issues that we hope Caitlyn fixes for her future guests... PROS: Caitlyn's husband was prompt and friendly during setup; camper was roomy with cute renovations; a/c, fridge, stove, microwave, toilet worked well; main bed comfortable CONS: no blinds or curtains on the windows, so no way to have privacy (-1 star); missing many advertised items (-1 star) in the kitchen (no pots, plates, forks) and bathroom (no toilet paper, shampoo, bath soap); couldn't light the oven and no instructions provided; secondary beds were extremely hard; water in the tank smelled and tasted funny (would not recommend this trailer without a water hookup or very close water source)

This had everything we needed for an amazing trip. Thank you so much!

Our first experience with outdoorsy was a swing and a miss unfortunately. Though I tried my best to plan ahead and booked 10 months out, and let our host know it was our first family camping trip we ultimately spent 5 days in an rv with a dead battery and no hookups. Caitlyn's customer service left a lot to be desired and we will not be hang outdoorsy again. We tried. I found outdoorsy customer service to be helpful but for $757 we could have enjoyed much better accommodations. The unit itself looked good but the experience was certainly lack lustre. I had to chase down our host for help and to problem solve and still felt like an inconvenience because she thought them profiting $318 for the week was already a great deal. A swing and a miss, perhaps a better unit for experienced campers but not for greenies like myself.

We had the most amazing time. Caitlyn was very responsive and worked with us with any questions. The camper was a perfect fit for our small family. Caitlyn dropped off and set up for us which was super easy and convenient. We are looking forward to renting this camper again next year. We can't recommend them enough for your trip.

Caitlyn was very responsive answering all of my questions before and during our trip. The camper was a great size for me and my three daughters. It was clean and well stocked. It's also super cute inside! They set up everything nicely and took it down making our trip even better. I recommend Caitlin and her camper for sure!
