• Under no circumstances can the RV be taken in off road trails. Gravel roads are fine but no 4x4 trails are allowed. A $500 charge will be applied to your reservation if the unit goes on any 4x4 trails. • Pickup and Drop Off location: 8102 Dreamers Ridge Rd, Longmont, CO 80504 • Please if you plan to have a camp fire, keep the smoke away from the RV! • If you have pets, please clean up any hair. If your pet damages anything in the RV you will be responsible for repairs. If we notice pet hair at return you will be charged a pet fee. • Please sweep or vacuum floors and wipe down surfaces before you return the RV. • Please dump the toilet before returning or there will be a fee. • The unit will be half full of water unless you request more. • Please rinse off the RV at the carwash before return if it’s muddy or dirty. • Pickup is at 11:00am and drop off is at 3:00pm.
