Our experience had us on the side of the road with a flat and a broken axel. Luckily for us a trucker saw the flat tire and told us to pull over. Turned out we didn't just have a flat tire, we also had a broken axel. We were traveling with friends and they were of great help. The owner just told us to call Outdoorsy, but luckily our friends were able to help us. We got to our campsite on 3 tires (none of which matched). Once at the site a mechanic came out to look at it. He said the axel was bad when we left and that the trailer needed a whole new axel. It would take the week that we were there to get it fixed. As he was fixing it he told us that the other axel was also dry and had absolutely no grease. The topping on the cake was that the lighter for the stove was broken (there was a lighter in the drawer), no pot holders, no rags, no dishtowels, sponges, or dish soap to wash dishes. No hand towels or hand soap in the bathroom. We are driving almost 800 miles to camp with friends for a week, this is why we rent, I shouldn't have to bring my supplies with me that I will be needing to make my trip doable. I did ask for towels and linens for 4 people, I got 4 bath towels and sheets. This experience was horrible.

The Camper was amazing and I have to say Carlos is an amazing owner. We had a small issue he came right out and fixed it in no time he really knows what he is doing and is very professional and made the rental process easy. we will definitely be using him again. Thank you for a great time.
