We also require the waste system be dumped prior to your return. Dump service can be provided for an additional fee only if arranged at time of booking with the owner.

Owner Responsiveness & Communication
Thomas was very quick, responsive, and accommodating for us. Thomas took time to explain everything to us and was available to communicate throughout the weekend. Other reviews mention he answered all questions, was flexible for pickup/drop-off, and provided excellent support and service.
Vehicle Condition & Suitability
The Winnie itself is in great condition, towed easily up Kenosha Pass & through windy Fairplay. Renters consistently praised its immaculate shape, ease of towing, and ample space for families, noting it was well-equipped and perfect for their needs.

5.0We had a few issues at the pickup, and then had an issue where one of the levelling devices was falling off. Thomas was very accepting and never worried. Also, oddly, I lost the keys to RV one day, and panicked. By the time I got in touch with Thomas he had already received a call from someone that moved into the spot we had left and found the key. He was totally cool and kinda laughed. Thanks Thomas for letting us rent the RV.
