Excellent communication and flexibility
Rhett consistently provided excellent communication, quickly answering questions and responding to issues. He was flexible with meeting locations, accommodated a last-minute reservation, and made the pick-up/drop-off process very easy.
Easy to drive, robust performance
The van, known as "Thumper," was consistently praised for being easy to drive, performing robustly off-grid, in mountains, and even deep snow. It featured indoor shower, water heater, and other amenities that were clean, comfortable, and fully operational, making it ideal for road trips.
