RENTERS RESPONSIBILITIES A Multimeter comes with the trailer and voltage must be checked before connecting to any power at RV parks, your house, generator, and any other source you may be using. Any electrical damage from faulty power is the renter's responsibility. The trailer will be spotless upon pickup both inside/out. It is the responsibility of the renter to clean the Trailer to the condition it was in when picked up. Depending on the location traveled to, I would recommend going to Blue Beacon Truck Wash to give it a gentle wash before returning. In the event the truck doesn't come back as clean as before, a cleaning fee will be applicable. Any damage upon return is the renters' responsibility. You must pass the Drivers Check and qualify for the Outdoorsy Insurance Policy to rent this unit. Insurance includes Comprehensive and Collision. Please see below for details. No Smoking is allowed inside the trailer. There would be a $250 penalty if it were discovered you smoked inside the trailer plus any damages. It is your responsibility to fill and empty the holding tanks and to clean them out thoroughly with the included kit. I will show you how when you pick up the trailer. Propane tank must be refilled to the level it was at when picked up. If the tank has to be refilled after it has been returned, a $50 per tank fee will apply. Climbing on top of the roof is prohibited.
