Lots of storage, electric auto awning, LED lights, large outside storage, electric power and water hose reals.Minimum age requirement to rent this units is 30 years of age and over! Unless you have a valid CDL driver license, you can rent under the age of 30 on approval.This is a NON Smoking unit! If smoked in you will be charged the full deposit of $1500!Pick up time is at 11:00 AM unless approved prior based on availability.
Return time is by 4:00 PM unless prior approval is given. A late fee of $50 per hour will be charged for unapproved late returns up to a full nights rental amount of $375.00 plus a $100 fee.
