The steps to the bunks have additional closet and storage drawers.Directly in front of the bunks is a jackknife sofa. The dinette in the living area, offers additional sleeping space.The camper has one AC unit in kitchen/ living area and is ducted into the other rooms of the camper.Power slide offers a spacious living room with space to cook and enjoy the TV in the living area. The fully ready to cook in kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, 3 burner gas stove and gas oven. It also has an electric microwave and added small kitchen appliances including coffee machine, crock pot, panini press and electric griddle. For your convenience it is stocked with pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, cutting board, bowls, cutlery, knifes and other small kitchen essentials.The dinette is large and has storage underneath.The bathroom features a toilet, sink and generous size shower, with additional storage behind the toilet.Fresh water holding tank with 62 gallons, grey tank with 78 gallons and black water tank with 39 gallons.We provide four adult-sized camping chairs, an outdoor carpet, thermal cell lamp, two box fans and a 4ft folding table. We are sure this will help you enjoy the outside of the camper just as much as the inside.Additional amenities are available at a minimal cost.

Rules of the Road! Please read in its entirety!
-This travel trailer has a GPS tracker installed on board as required by our insurance provider.
-Awning use is strictly prohibited; due to the current delay in RV parts to to make repairs if needed we are not allowing the use of the awnings in any of our campers at this time. We have provided a 10x10 pop up tent for shade.
- Smoking is prohibited in and within 15ft of the camper. If used cigarettes, ashes, or smoke is found in the unit the cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-You are responsible for any ticket, tolls. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and the security deposit has been released.
- If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the camper, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
- If an unapproved pet is brought into the unit, a pet cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.
-If human or animal urine or feces are found on mattresses, counter tops, floors, rugs, cabinets, shower, sinks, chairs, etc cleaning or replacement fees will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-No climbing on the roof. If roof damage is discovered upon return, it will be taken out of your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to take the unit into below freezing temperatures for any amount of time, you are liable for “winterizing” the unit. Failure to do so properly can result in significant damage to tanks and water lines. If any damage is found upon return to tanks, water lines, hoses, or connectors the repair/replacement cost will be withheld from you security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the manual provided in the unit. Failure to follow any procedures in the provided manual could result in repairs that will be with held from your security deposit and/or ins
