30 Foot Class C. Never been smoked in. One slide out . Sleeps 6-7 people. Comes with a propane fire pit and a full tank of propane. Please ensure that you return the propane tank in the RV, full. Fuel should be filled to what level you picked it up at. Nice beige sofa bed inside for either an adult or two kids, dinette turns to a bed for an adult and a small child and a large over cab bed that can sleep two adults or 3 kids . Comes with a back up camera so it is easy to back up in to campgrounds. Propane Fire-pit and a 20 pound of propane is provided with the rental and at no charge. Includes a set of 4 camping chairs, a small folding table(in case you do not have any at your campground). Rental rate also includes smores sticks, pots and pans and plastic cutlery for four. Essentially you need to just bring , is yourselves and your personal bags. Please note that most provincial and private parks tend to have a fire ban during summer so having that propane fire-pit is a good thing to have. It also comes with a floor rug that you can set up outside the front entrance of the RV. Go for it. Thanks for viewing my listing.
