The dining area has a u-shaped dinette that turns into a bed. In the drawers are board and card games, 2 pillows, and 3 throw blankets.
The sitting area has a fold down couch, 2 pillows, 3 throw blankets, and a 32” tv with possible wifi hookup if included in the renter's site.
The bunk room is separated by a door. It has 3 twin-sized beds that each have 2 pillows and bed linens. There are 2 storage spaces.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress and storage under, below, and beside the bed. The bed has 4 pillows, bed linens, and 1 throw blanket. A second door gives access to the bathroom.
The bathroom is off the sitting area and has access from the master bedroom and outside. It contains 10 bath towels, 2 hand towels, hand soap, rv safe tp. shower with detachable shower head, and complimentary travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath bar, and body lotion.
The large outdoor kitchen has a fridge, sink, ice maker, stove, cooking utensils, kettle for indoor or outdoor use, and popcorn maker.
Also includes an outdoor shower, leash latch, and 2 outdoor storage areas containing 4 marshmallow forks, 4 sandwich makers, leveling equipment and wheel chocks, and everything needed for electrical, water, and sewer hookup and dumping. Led lights inside and out. Has working A/C and heat. Includes backup camera.

1.0The camper was good - it was a fun weekend with family. First of all, I’m a landlord, so i think I’m fairly understanding but also wanting responsible renters. Further, we treated this camper as if it were our own. Ultimately, I would caution anyone AGAINST renting from this host. The host is extremely petty. Example: on the morning of the return, we communicated that we would return the camper at 4:00 pm. We returned it literally at 4:01 pm. The host complained, asked why we didn't communicate that we would be 1 minute late, and marked our arrival at 4:01 in his report. He has zero customer service and it makes the entire experience more stressful. Another example: we followed the host's rules and guidance to the best of our ability. Regarding dumping the black tank, there is something wrong with the tank/sensor, and it reads 2/3 full even though the valves are wide open. The host charged us a $100 dumping fee even though nothing would come out of the black tank. Luckily, Outdoorsy customer service is awesome and ended up reimbursing the host's $100 fee. Outdoorsy was quick to respond to issues and make the process so easy, but this host reflects negatively on Outdoorsy's good platform. A third example: The very first time we used the bathroom faucet, the hot water faucet cover fell off and broke into pieces. There's literally no way to break the cover just by turning the handle. The host insisted it was not loose before we rented it. There was no way for me to remember or even check something so miniscule during our initial walkthrough. Not wanting to argue with the host, I agreed to pay for a new hot water cover. During our walkthrough (plan for 2 hours), the host complained about every other guest who had rented his camper in the past. This was jarring and set the tone for all the interactions with this host. If you don't like people, don't rent your personal items to them. It simply is not worth the headache! Find another host.

5.0Jason was an AMAZING host! Very thorough and explained everything! Jason and Tanya take great pride in their RV and it shows. Extremely CLEAN and had everything we needed for our Halloween camping extended weekend! We loved it so much that we booked again for next year! A+++++ hosts all the way!

We are no longer doing a pick up and drop off from where the camper is kept. We are a delivery only camper. We do apologize.
