This vacation on wheels is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, linens, and movie collection. Enjoy two slides and a separate bathroom. Included is a receiver hitch with stabilizers, and sway bar for safer hookup and all septic hookups. RV Rental Delivery and Set-Up are available for additional fees. No off-road, dry camping permitted. Small pets (under 25 lbs.) are allowed. Please notify us that a pet will be joining the family. If it is a larger breed, please clear that in advance. Please DO NOT allow your pets on the furniture. A pet cleaning fee of $50 will be added upon return to cover extra cleaning needs. Please, no smoking :)If you will be towing the vehicle yourself, please check your electrical connection. The hook-up requires a 7 way flat. You should also have electric brake assist available. We do allow the use of our hitch, stabilizers, and sway bar. Please note, you should not back up with the sway bar engaged or tightened.We are a working farm and would be delighted to arrange for fresh farm eggs, vegetables/flowers when in season, fresh goat soap, goat cheese, homemade bread, muffins and/or casseroles to make your stay easier! Please be sure that your towing vehicle meets the required specifications. The trailer plugin requires a 7 way flat prong. We will expect you to do a short safety hookup and drive test to make sure that all lights and brakes operate properly. The awning may be used at the renters discretion but all liability for damage is on the renter. Please do not climb on the roof. Notify us with any mechanical or operating problems and we will work to resolve them immediately. Remember this is a no smoking trailer. Please let us know if you will have a pet with you. We are happy to dump the sewer at your request and will charge a $50 dump fee if returned used. This trailer leaves only in excellent working order and squeaky clean. Please return with trash disposed of and the trailer picked up with all items secured properly.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Deliver, setup & pickup within 150 miles. Deposit-non-refundable if damaged. Generator supplied with a full gas tank. Customer responsible for additional fueling during trip & refilling on return. $15 will be assessed if tank isn't full on return. Customer responsible for refilling propane tanks or select the option for us to fill. Sewer disposal fee if dry camping or if unable to correctly flush the system before return. Cleaning fee for heavy cleaning/stains to carpet/furniture.
