[This unit is sanitized after every rental, including all linens, cookware, dishes, utensils and the interior of the unit] This Super Fun 2017 Winnebago Travato is a fully equipped class B Motorhome. 21’L/9’6”h, it parks in any standard parking spot. Drives like a mini-van, 19mpg/hwy, w/backup camera.Equipped w/solar so the large fridge stays without shore power. The Onan generator means you have air-conditioning & a/c outlet power everywhere you go. The galley kitchen features a 2-burner propane stove, a convection microwave oven and large Dometic refrigerator. It comes fully stocked w/dishes and cookware so all you need to do is supply the groceries. Plenty of storage. Dinette table extends, captain chairs swivel, seats 4 & folds down to 2nd sleeping area.The rear double bed is on the Froli spring system, comes with sheets, pillows, blankets. Bath has a residential-sized toilet & roomy shower, stocked with RV toilet paper & camping towels. USB chargers throughout. Coach lighting, TV/DVD entertainment system & USB outlets are all powered by the dual coach batteries trickle-charged from the solar panel on the roof. The unit has a Truma Combi water heater/furnace to keep the coach exactly the right temperature & provide hot water. I recommend watching YouTube videos on how to operate the Truma.Port Orange, Fl is 15-mins to beaches & Daytona Speedway, 60-mins to Cape Canaveral, 1-hour to Disney World & Orlando attractions. A cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if the vehicle is returned with full tanks and the unit is excessively messy. An additional $100 fee will be assessed if excessive pet hair and dander needs to be cleaned and removed. There is a $150 fumigation fee that will be assessed if the unit is returned with bugs. All of these fees can be avoided by simply cleaning up after yourself and returning the vehicle in the same good condition it was in upon your departure.

Do you have a place for me to leave my car?

Yes. You are welcome to leave your vehicle in the storage locker where the key exchange will occur. It will be secured for the duration of your rental, at no additional charge.

How do I contact you if I have questions during my trip?

I will setup a group chat with you upon your departure. I will be available by text or phone to answer any questions you have during your rental. I work a regular full time job from 11am to 8pm EST Monday to Friday, so texting is the best way to reach me during my work hours.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
A weekday pick-up can be anytime from 7am to 9:30am EST. Please be prepared for a 45 minute walk through/demo of the unit. A weekday drop-off is anytime from 7am to 10:30am EST, the key handoff is typically a quick 10-15 minute exercise, including photographing the condition of the vehicle and tracking mileage, etc.. Pickup & Drop-off during the weekend can occur anytime between 9am and sunset.

All of the units I rent comply with CDC guidelines for sanitizing the RVs in between rentals. The answer is "Yes." Stinky Pete is stored in a 450sq.ft. storage unit at a business park. Renters are welcome to leave their vehicle parked in this storage unit, at no additional cost, for the duration of their rental. I only ask that you be willing to leave the key with your car in case of an emergency. I love living and travelling in RVs, I think you will too.
