A one-time $75 pet fee applies for approved pets to cover additional cleaning. • No off-roading: Drive only on paved or well maintained gravel roads only • No festivals or tailgating • No smoking/vaping. $300 deodorizing fee applies for detected odors • Toilet must be returned empty and rinsed if used: $100 dump fee applies otherwise • Grey tank emptied: $50 fee applies otherwise • No towing allowed • This is a brand-new 2026 camper van. We ask that renters drive responsibly, avoid slamming doors, and follow usage instructions provided at pickup • Please return the van with the same fuel level it had at pickup. • Please remove trash and broom sand/dirt • The kitchenette is perfect for simple, low-odor meals. For anything more aromatic, please use outdoor cooking options. This keeps the interior clean and odor-free for everyone. • If you’re camping in bear country (Yosemite, Tahoe, Sequoia, etc.), please follow standard park guidelines. Never leave food or scented items in pop-top sleeping loft. The pop-top is canvas-sided and not considered bear-proof.
