2021 Winnebago Revel
"Dobervan" is the name of our 2021 Winnebago Revel. This is a great RV for two adults (perhaps with a smaller kid or dog or two) to do some exploring while saving on camp or hotel fees. Based on a 4x4 Sprinter, it is easy to drive and fits into a standard parking spot. It is just at home on some dispersed camping off of a forest trail as it is stealth camping on the street in Hollywood.The Revel comes complete with a fridge w/ small freezer, sink, enclosed shower and cassette toilet, and full size bed that descends from the ceiling. It has lithium power so you don't need electrical hookups, lots of battery power, and solar to top things off. It also has a heater, air conditioner, and outdoor shower, and a built-in retractable awning.The van has two captain chairs in front as well as a smaller bench seat in back that can hold one adult or two smaller children. That said, the van is really design for two adults. Cosa è inclusoDepending on your needs, we can provide most of the essentials at no additional charge. Take what you need, leave the rest to get more space!

The van is small so you can go into cities and park in a normal parking spot. We do a lot of stealth camping in cities, saving the hassle of paying for a hotel that takes dogs. If the pipes freeze, it will be a very expensive repair job.Finally - VERY IMPORTANT. If the van breaks down, gets in an accident, or doesn't work for whatever reason, Outdoorsy will NOT refund part of the trip. The default insurance only covers liability and damage, not any expenses relating to the trip not happening. If this is a concern, you need to get trip insurance from another company.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The Revel is just a Mercedes Sprinter Van so it is pretty easy to drive. You are very high up so it is easy to see, and there is a back-up camera. My #1 piece of advice is to search up various Revel videos about topics you are curious about. Our van is pretty stock, so anything you watch about Revels will apply. Just remember that ours is a 2021. There are big differences between the 2020 and earlier and the 2021 and later.
