After hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, I was inspired to try out van life. Having grown up helping my dad in his woodshop, I bought my first van and learned how to convert it myself. When I’m not building vans I am exploring the outdoors. I grew up near a small town in the Sierra of California, somewhat near Lake Tahoe. I currently live in the greater Bay Area and have been here since 2007. I spend a lot of my time venturing out of town and exploring the nearby sights, trails, and mountains. I don't mind a 4-hour drive or even dropping in on Oregon once in a while. The only pets I have at this time are my bees, yep, I am a fellow beekeeper, bzzz!
