The Mercedes Sprint was in horible condition when I picked it up. I was charged full price for the van and it may features were not operable! She charged an extra $250 to clean the van from the last person using it and I was told at the last minute that the toilet did not work. In addition she had lost the assemble for the table for the passengers of the van - so two key features of the van were missing or did not work. In addition, the day before, she tells me there is an extra $1000 security deposit for the van. While driving the van, the sliding door alarm constantly went off and the control screen on the van was going haywire and never worked properly. FInally, when the van was returned without incident, she started picking at minute details (found a new" scratch" on the back door, toilet cover was "scratched", BS that was small compared to the condition I was given - so she could keep the $1000. She filed an incident report for as much of the minute she could find, though not one incident happened on the trip. I will never use this service or this person again and would highly recommend avoiding the scammer!
