• We take pride in our trailer and we thoroughly clean and sanitize our RV for your safety. All bedding, Linen(s), rug(s), and towel(s) are washed on high heat with disinfecting solution. • Please Allow 45 mins for walk through. • PLEASE Do not Flush anything besides the TP we provide for you, other products can clog and you will be held responsible for fixing at hired professional rate. • *VERY Important* Should a problem or issue arise with the trailer during your stay, Please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to fix, modify or diagnose the issue your self especially without owners consent. In effort to provide you with the best experience possible, we have procedures in place should an issue arise. No worries! • Before returning please throw away any Trash or personal Belongings. We will do the rest. An additional Fee of $125 can be imposed for excessive cleaning situations • No going on Roof • No Grills, Bikes, scooters or any other outdoor equipment allowed inside trailer. • Pet(s) are allowed with prior permission for a fee of $25.00 per pet.
