Michael consistently provided great communication, was flexible with delivery/drop-off, and patiently answered all questions, especially for first-time renters.
Well-equipped and stocked camper
The trailer is consistently noted as well-stocked and equipped by renters. While the awning was temporarily out of order due to prior damage, it did not detract from the overall positive experience.

4.0Communication with Mike was amazing! Camper was very nice and equipped. My only complaint is that the awning was not working after being damaged by a previous renter. But overall, a great camper and experience.
