Full Bath with Large 30" X 30" walk in shower, full kitchen. Roof A/C and heat. TV in living area, outside kitchen, and outside shower.This camper is half ton tow-able, and comes in at 5465 lbs dry, and can haul another 1535 lbs, for a total 7000 lbs. Towing only allowed for drivers experienced with towing trailers, and correct vehicle. Trailer comes with load leveling / stabilizer hitch for a better towing experience. Must have 7 pin round plug and brake controller to tow. Don't worry if you do not have this cause we do deliver to all surrounding locations.Our campers are pet friendly, and come stocked with propane, outside gas grill, 4 place dinnerware sitting, extra disposable dinnerware, coffee pot, pots & pans, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, broom, clean sheets and blanket on beds, Set of 4 towels & wash cloths, can opener, grill lighters, bottle opener, and cooking/grilling utensils. 4 camping chairs, outside mat. This is all included with your rental. All you need is your clothes and favorite pillow, maybe a blanket, and food. We are a small Camper/RV rental company, located in Dahlonega Georgia at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. You can tow our trailers, or we can deliver and set up for you. It was easy to communicate with owner and pick up unit. The camper was in decent condition, however the kitchen supplies were just thrown in and not organized. The stove worked nicely, but the oven would not light. The linens were minimal and worn. There were extra blankets , but I would not use them as they were stuffed in cabinets and don’t know when they were last washed. The master bed was comfortable and we did not use the extra beds. The shower was nice size as well. When we arrived at the campsite, my husband struggled to unhook the camper because the trailer hitch was so rusty. We had to go buy WD40 to repair that issue. In the past, we have rented campers that were newer than this, so I give grace for age, but overall cleanliness and organization of camper were lacking.

What a GREAT experience with Dan. from chatting before I booked the camper and all throughout having the camper. Dan made it super easy to pick up and the walk thru was awesome. The camper is extremely nice and was a great choice for me to rent. Everything you need is there. Its super clean and easy to tow.
