-If the unit is returned requiring extensive cleaning, a fee will be assessed.
-If a pet is brought WITHOUT approval a $150 fee will be applied.
**$50 fee will be applied if the propane tank is not returned full
**$100 fee will be applied if fresh water, gray water, and black water tanks are not
emptied
**$50 fee will be applied if cookware and or utensils are returned dirty**
