This is a new to us trailer that we have added to our family! We fell in love with camping so much that we have decided to pass on our hobby to others.
1. Master bedroom contains queen bed with upgraded mattress, brand new memory foam topper, water proof mattress pad and queen sheet set. Also contains a Roku TV and black out curtains.
2. One mega slide in the kitchen living room area to give extra room. Kitchen contains u-shaped dinette that can also convert to bed. Leather two seater couch also pulls out to additional sleeping arrangements. Living room and kitchen also have black out curtains. Living room has 32 inch smart TV.
3. Corner bunks with full size beds. Both beds have memory foam toppers and water proof mattress pads and sheet sets.
4. Full bath with bath tub which is great for rinsing off the little ones after a full day of playing. Wash cloths, hand towels and 6 full size bath towels provided.
5. The trailer is fully stocked and ready to go. A detailed list of contents can be emailed per request and to each renter.
6. All sheet sets, mattress toppers and towels are washed after every rental in hot water with Tide detergent and Lysol antibacterial wash.
7. Large awning for extra outdoor shade.
8. 30amp hookup.
9. 1/2 ton towable.

Is there a minimum of nights for holiday rentals?

Yes, on holiday weekends and rentals over the holiday week we require a minimum of 3 day rental agreements.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible with pick up and drop off times. If we are available the evening before we can get the trailer plugged in so that the fridge can be cooled prior to your arrival. If you would like and trailer is available prior evening pick up is an option for no additional cost so you can take it home and get it packed and cooled. If rental is returned after dark, all exterior and interior assessments will be made the following day by owner.
