Momma Bear is a 2006 Jayco Granite Ridge. She has been outfitted with a comfortable Santa Fe styling. Perfect for that next outdoor adventure. Comfortable features that come with this beaut are, a nice queen suite, dining table that converts into a bed for 2 children, a sofa sleeper that'll accommodate sleeping.Other features that this RV comes with are hot water heater, Onan 4000 watt generator for living off grid, 2 AC's, heater, extended awning, surround sound for the living area TV, a TV in the master suite, microwave, ventilation, plenty of storage around the lower section of the RV, folding chairs, a folding table, all of the kitchenware such as pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, plates, bowls, on top of cleaning supplies for those messy but fun times.There is a nice slide that will create plenty of space for indoor activities for when it is to hot or to cold or even when winding down for the day. This beautiful RV also comes equipped with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a great adventure. There will be nothing short of a great adventure and great memories captured when taking Momma Bear out for your next vacation.Disclaimer: This is a non smoking RV. If there is detection of smoking there will be a 500 dollar cleaning fee attached at time of check out. Also the RV weighs 13,000 pounds. We do offer up to a 10 percent discount for military, police, first responders, and teachers. There will also be a 100 dollar black water cleaning fee if you bring back the RV full of waste water/poo water. Multiple Discounts can not be used together. A 10 percent max discount will be given if you fall within the criteria. That goes for length of rental or any other discount. There is a 1 time cleaning fee upon return of 75 dollar. There is also a pet fee of 100 dollars if you would like to bring the fur babies.
