Fresh bedding/linens, some cookware/utensils, camp chairs, cot, outdoor dining/relaxing area with chairs and a view...Wildlife is FREE!All you need to bring are your basic travel and bathroom/shower needs...and a smile!RaccomandazioniThis camper is parked and cannot be towed. But there are plenty of great trails and forestry roads in the area that can be explored within forestry guidelines. Please respect property boundaries and hunting/recreational laws within Wyoming and South Dakota borders. There are houses in the vicinity, so please be courteous of noise levels at all times.The town of Newcastle is approximately 14 miles away in Wyoming and Custer, SD is approximately 32 miles.Altre cose di cui prendere notaAt this time, there is no cell service or Wi-Fi available on-site. Please make sure you are prepared with whatever provisions you might need. Emergency calls can be handled by on-site management.Please pay attention to the weather. This camper is equipped with a full-length retractable awning. If it is going to be windy and you will not be on-site for a lengthy period, please retract the awning to prevent damage.Please check ahead of your scheduled dates for fire bans. If there is a fire ban, a propane grill can be provided for an additional fee.There is a NO SMOKING policy inside the camper (this includes all forms of e-cigarettes or vaping).Pets are welcome outside the camper only if leashed at all times. If cigarette/vaping, or any other form of smoke is detected other than campfire, your deposit will automatically be forfeited, and you will not be allowed on site in the future.There are no parties allowed on site, again...please be courteous of the nearby houses and their privacy.In general, if the camper and/or property is left in any other condition than when you arrived, your deposit will be forfeited.
