AC/Fan/Heat strip included in the fan, but likely won't keep you warm in 20 degrees or below. There is a small space heater in the camper, but you will need shore power for any AC and Plug ins. I also keep some battery powered lights and fans in the camper if you're going off grid.Please check your weight restrictions.

There is an Awning on the roof - this is hard to set up solo so there must be two of you to set up and take down. Also, please take down in strong or gusty winds.
