Large family travel trailer with two double bunk beds and a King size bed. The dinette and sofa also fold down into beds, so this camper sleeps 10 total.Empty weight of 7200 lbs, so a properly equipped 1/2 ton pickup truck or large (Excursion, Expedition, etc.) SUV required.Unit is in great condition. Key features include an outside kitchen, large bathroom with toilet with ample legroom (this isn’t common in travel trailers), tub for young kids, and shower for the big kids. Large fridge/freezer, microwave ,and two flat screen TVs with Roku. Outdoor shower and kitchen. 80 gallons fresh water (this is Large for a fresh water tank), 40 gallons grey, 40 gallons black.Comes with all the necessities free of charge: Fresh Linens!, Weight Distribution Hitch with 2 5/16" ball. (You need a 2" receiver, and round 7 pin plug-in on your vehicle with an integrated brake controller. If you do not have a brake controller we have a wireless controller you can rent), 1 full 20lb propane tank, fire starting kit (1 per night), pots/pans, roasting sticks, 4 camping chairs, paper plates/plastic dinnerware, miscellaneous family entertainment items, large outdoor area rug.2 week minimum Dec 1 - March 31st Pick up and drop off times are set for noon, but we are open to early pick ups/late drop offs as long as there is not a scheduling conflict.
