If you are hauling the camper, we expect the black tank to be emptied prior to your return. If this is not completed a $50 fee will be assessed upon return.If we deliver the camper and you have a full-hook up or the site you are staying has a dump station on site, there will be no dump fee. If we deliver the camper and we are required to dump the tank off-site a $50 fee will be assessed upon return.* PET POLICY/ FEE:
We love your animals and are happy to accommodate them in our camper. Please choose the pet fee as an add-on if you plan to bring a pet on your trip. If you have no chosen the pet fee and it is evident that a pet was present on the trip, a $50 fee will be assessed upon return.

Clean, well-maintained, and spacious
The 2022 Heartland Northtrail trailer is consistently described as very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. It comfortably fits families of 4-6, plus dogs, and includes bunks, TV, fridge, and cooking area.

5.0We had a wonderful experience with this RV rental! It was the perfect size for our family of six, and there was even plenty of room for our two dogs. The RV was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owners were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. They were extremely accommodating with drop-off and pick-up times, which made our trip much less stressful. Whenever we had questions, they either answered the phone right away or got back to us very quickly. Their communication, professionalism, and friendliness truly stood out. We had a great time using the RV for our rodeo weekend and would absolutely rent from them again in the future. Highly recommend!
