The renter will provide the owner with the number of adults and children who will be using the RV during the rental. The renter will provide the owner with the location(s) of their travel. The renter will not use the attached mechanical awning on the RV at any time. If the awning is used in rain or wind or overnight, it could result in damage that exceeds the amount of the security deposit (may be in excess of $5000) and the renter is responsible for repairs or replacement that is not covered under insurance. An “easy up” shelter is provided at no cost for the renter’s convenience for shade. The renter will not allow animals to enter the RV at any time. Evidence of animals in the RV, regardless of extent of damage, will incur cleaning costs necessary to remove the evidence of pets plus $250 penalty. The renter will not smoke or allow smoking inside the RV or use any e-cigarettes or vape products inside the RV. Doing so will incur cleaning costs necessary to remove the evidence of smoking plus $250 penalty. At no point will the renter (or anyone during the rental period) stand, sit or lie on the roof of the RV. Pick up time is 3pm on the first day of the rental unless otherwise agreed upon. Early pick up or late drop off add-on may be added to the rental at the discretion of the owner. Drop off (return) time is 11:00 am unless noted otherwise here _____________________________. Failure to return the unit at the agreed upon time incurs charges at the rate of one rental day and additional charges that may result from the inability to rent to another customer. If the mileage and generator allowances are exceeded, the Renter agrees to pay for the overages out of the security deposit. If the amounts exceed that of the security deposit, the Renter will pay the charges through the Outdoorsy platform. This unit is equipped with GPS tracking. Damaging or removing the GPS unit will result in forfeit of the entire security deposit. If an insurance claim mu
