Looking to explore the Kootenays in luxury, but at the same time have a comfort of feeling like you can easily drive and operate an RV? Boy...our Thor Axis is for you!Only 26ft, it has a massive windshield for command of the road - full one touch power awning, power jacks, outside tv, and two inside. Hmmmmm, what else??Easy to start generator if you go to a spot with no power - solar onboard as well.Sleeps 5, but we would prefer 4. We LOVE our RV - and the Kootenays is one of the best places in Canada to explore. From Cranbrook to Kimberley ...to Nelson and all the way up to Lake Louise! We are a family of 4 and absolutely love jumping in our RV and going up island - we have seen everything from beavers, bald eagles, humpback whales, sea lion and so much more. We have RV'd to remote spots and have swam in the best water holes - to catching massive Spring salmons.

Very good experience.
A few minor item that were irritants. Fridge had an odour. One of the blinds did not function. Missing gas cap. Surprised to find the speedometer large font was in miles rather than in km.
