5.0we loved the sprinter van and it was perfect for our trip. it was spacious, comfortable and easy to drive. will definitely book again for my next trip. pick/up and drop off was flexible, easy and friendly too!

5.0The RV was equipped with so many helpful amenities such as a propane and butane stove, 2 camping chairs, bedding with extra blankets, an extra air mattress, a refrigerator, tissues and paper towels and so much more. Thomas was super helpful and fast at responding. He was extremely flexible with the pick up time and return time, I changed the time a couple times and he worked with my schedule. The car is super easy to drive. I would definitely use this van again. I went to Coachella with this van and Thomas did not upcharge me even though he knew I was going to Coachella. Other rentals on outdoorsy increased the quote amount when I was honest about where I was going but Thomas was flexible, helpful and even installed a pipe that would help him empty the water in his van as I made that request to him at booking. Overall, Thomas is a great host, and is very friendly, easy to talk to and responsive. It was my first time renting a camper van and he did not express any concerns about my driving skills despite it being my first time driving a big van. Thank you Thomas! :)
