Excellent shape bunk house model with outdoor kitchen, our customers health is the upmost importance to us that is why after each use we fully sterilize the complete unit then the day before it goes out again we give it a full UV sanitation in each room of the unit because your safety is important to us. Places we have rented this rv includes Molas Lake, numerous campgrounds in the San Juan mtns of Southern Colorado, Navajo Lake campgrounds, private property family gatherings, Tico Time resort in northern New Mexico and numerous rentals to Moab Utah. We had the best week at Navajo thanks to Duane! He delivered the camper and picked it up! The camper was very clean and perfect for our family for the week! We will definitely rent with him again in the future!

We had a wonderful vacation and experience with renting this trailer. It was clean and everything worked as expected. We were greeted with a gift basket that was the perfect touch! We had an incredible tome this weekend thanks to Duane allowing us to rent his beautiful RV!!! I would highly recommend renting it for any get away!! It was extremely clean and cozy, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Speechless... Duane and his wife are very kind and thoughtful..!! The RV is very clean, well equipped and all appliances are in excellent condition. Duane explained the inner works of his RV to the Tee.. If you are reading this review and wonder if you should rent. Read no further and rent from Duane. You will have the same experience that me and my family had. A+++++. We will see you again Duane.
